Hello… I’m Emily
I’m Emily Davey, a qualified nutritional therapist with a personal understanding of how challenging it can be to find balance with food and wellbeing. In 2006, I was diagnosed with a cow dairy allergy, and in 2016 I acknowledged my body dysmorphia and began exploring my health through knowledge and self‑understanding — a journey that ultimately led me to nutritional therapy.
Learning how nutrition influenced my hormones, bloating, inflammation, postpartum recovery, and lactose allergy gave me the confidence to support my body with clarity and compassion. After taking a career break to have children, that experience evolved into a commitment to help others make choices that genuinely support their needs.
Today, I bring together evidence‑based practice, lived experience, and a calm, practical approach to guide clients toward feeling nourished, balanced, and understood.
I am a fully registered and insured Nutritional Therapist.
Nutritional therapy can be used alongside conventional medicine, but it is not a replacement. When appropriate, I refer clients to medical professionals and Complementary medicine practitioners to ensure safe, integrated care.
I was awarded my Nutritional Therapist Diploma after studying at the School of Health. I am a full member of both the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP). Full membership of the CMA and FNTP requires completion of a Level 5 or higher qualification accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission (NTEC), ensuring you are working with a trained, regulated, and insured professional.
I am based in London and offer one‑to‑one consultations online via video call, or by phone if that is more convenient.
