Hello… I’m Emily

I’m Emily Davey, a qualified nutritional therapist with a deeply personal understanding of how challenging it can be to find balance with food and wellbeing. In 2016, I acknowledged my body dysmorphia and sought to understand my own health, through knowledge and understanding - a decision that led me to Nutritional Therapy.

Learning how nutrition influenced my hormones, bloating, inflammation, postpartum recovery, and lactose allergy, gave me the tools to support my own body with confidence. After taking a career break to have children, that passion evolved into a commitment to help others make choices that genuinely support their needs. Today, I bring together evidence-based practice, lived experience, and a compassionate, practical approach to guide clients toward feeling nourished, balanced, and understood.

I am a fully registered and insured Nutritional Therapist.

Nutritional therapy can be used alongside conventional medicine, but it is not a replacement. I refer clients to medical professionals when necessary. I was awarded her Nutritional Therapist Diploma having studied at the School of Health. I am a member of The Complimentary Medical Association (CMA) and the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).

CMA and FNTP Full Membership requires qualifications from a Level 5 or higher course accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission (NTEC), ensuring you’re working with a trained, regulated and insured professional.

I am based in London and offer one-to-one consultations online via video call or by phone if that’s more convenient for you.
