One 2 One Consultations
As a Nutritional Therapist, I am trained to understand how nutrients, food choices, and lifestyle factors influence the body’s function, always considering biochemical individuality. For one condition there may be many contributing factors — and one underlying factor may present as many different conditions. You may share a diagnosis with someone else, but your physiology, history, and needs are uniquely your own.
Anyone can benefit from nutritional therapy. Gaining insight into your relationship with food and how your choices affect your body can be genuinely empowering. Whether you’re navigating complex health issues or simply want to feel and function better, a personalised plan based on your unique profile can help you move toward your goals.
What to expect
There is no one‑size‑fits‑all approach. Your health optimisation plan will be shaped by your presenting symptoms, lifestyle, preferences, tolerances, and level of commitment. You will receive a personalised meal plan with plenty of variety to keep things enjoyable and sustainable.
My role is to offer knowledge, structure, and coaching to help you achieve your goals — without judgement and always at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I use high‑quality supplements and functional testing only when there is a clear benefit to you. Above all, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your health with support and clarity.
What part do you play?
Before your first consultation, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire and a 7‑day food diary. The more detail you provide, the more accurately I can understand your presenting symptoms, health and family history to tailor your plan.
You are the expert in your own body. If you choose to work with me, you need to be ready to begin your health journey — and I’m confident you will notice a meaningful difference in how you feel and approach your lifestyle.
How many sessions do you need?
This varies from person to person. If you have multiple symptoms or a long‑standing condition, meaningful change usually requires more than one session. I will never recommend more appointments than necessary and always follow my professional body’s’ (FNTP) code of ethics
You are welcome to pay per session, but most clients find that packages offer better value and more consistent support over time.
