One 2 One Consultations

As a Nutritional Therapist, I was trained to understand how nutrients, other foods and lifestyle factors influence the function of the body by considering biochemical individuality. For one condition there might be many causes and for one cause there might be many conditions! You may have the same condition as someone else but you are unique.

Anyone can benefit from nutritional therapy. Understanding your individual relationship with food and how your choices affect your body can be hugely empowering. I work with clients managing everything from perimenopause to ADHD and self-regulation challenges.

Whether you’re facing complex health conditions or simply want to feel and function better, a personalised plan based on your unique profile can help you reach your goals.

What to expect

There is no one-size-fits-all approach and therefore your health optimisation plan will vary depending on your situation, life and commitment, current health, condition, food likes and dislikes, tolerances or intolerances. You will receive a personalised meal plan, with plenty of options to keep it interesting.

I can offer you my knowledge and coaching to achieve your goals. There is no judgement and we will go at your pace.

I use high quality supplements and cutting edge technology testing only when I think there is a benefit to you.

Above all, I can offer you a safe space – our sessions will always remain confidential.

What part do you play?

You will need to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire as well as a 3-day food diary before our first consultation. The more information I gather, the better I can support you and build a picture of your health history.

You are the master of your own health so if you come to see me, you need to be ready to start your health journey. I guarantee you will see a difference in how you feel.

How many sessions do you need?

This depends on so many factors - if you have several symptoms that are bothering you or if you have a chronic condition, you won’t be ‘fixed’ in one consultation. I will never suggest that you see me more than is necessary. I follow my professional body’s (FNTP) code of ethics and my main goal is to help you. You can pay by the session but I recommend packages, as this works out cheaper for you in the long run.
